Excellent I worked directly with Jeff, the CEO with both email and phone. Jeff is honest, friendly, helpful and sincere. I purchased the luxelift massage table. Delivery was fast and with good communication. The product is exactly as described and as a massage therapist of 16 years, I highly recommend this table as well.

New Derma Scans do not work… We received (2) brand new derma scan machines and they do not work. I am not sure if it is the bulbs, but I have requested that replacement bulbs for both to be shipped out overnight as we have customer events within the next 2 weeks and we are to use these derma scan machines at these events. Hopefully once we receive the replacement bulbs, the machines will work properly. If that is not the issue, then the machines are defective and I will be returning them for a full refund as I have already paid in full for them.

The Luxe Lift Comfort Electric Spa + Massage Table is not only beautiful, but also comfortable and accessible for my patients. Gifted Touch is Amazing! I have been a practicing Cosmetic Surgeon for 17 years. We have always been unsatisfied with the procedure room chairs that we have had in our office.
