Also, the number you posted to call to order refills is never answered. I called multiple times over a two day period and no one answered the phone. At the very least, if you are that busy there should be someone to answer the phone or at least have voicemail available so a message can be left so that a pharmacist or tech can return your customers calls.

I like their approach, using high throughput equipment to check each batch they receive. The service is good, and the prices are low, even without insurance. My Medicare supplement now does cover them, which is even better. I have had several interactions with the staff by phone. They are always friendly and efficient.
