Let me tell to all you folks, THIS THING WORKS ! read my reviews. IT WORKS! just abstain as much as you can, drink lots of water the day before and follow the instructions as it is. Regular smoker here Regular smoker here, several time a day. Stopped for a week, smoked heavy for a day, then stopped smoking for 2 weeks before test. Also exercise 2-3 times a week which I've read helps the process through body. 5'9,180. Took this kti and passed my test! Follow the directions. I gave my urinalysis 3-4 hrs after taking drink, so I was pushing it. Would recommend this to others.
