Poor Customer Service Ordered a product for delivery to the UK. Product was delivered to another address 100 miles away. Royal Mail say only the sender can query delivery. Have tried to contact Hargraves using 3 different methods (contact page on website, info@ and contact@ email addresses) and they have not replied to any of them. Poor service. I will be happy to amend this review if the issue is resolved.

Fast delivery! I found a hard to find, in stock, eye ointment, at Hargraves! I also found another eye item for half the cost that I usually pay. I would definitely shop here again. I was especially surprised at how quickly my delivery arrived! Shop Hargraves, you won’t be disappointed!

Great service and price!!!! Had to order this product online for my elderly aunt who lives in another state. It came in a timely manner but most of was affordable. I also appreciated the shipping updates. I was able to let my aunt know when to check her mail for it’s delivery.
