Item out of stock - Really? A few days after placing the order, I received an email stating that the item ordered is out of stock and whether I would accept a substitute. The pellets are so so small I can… This is a review of WHP homeopathic. The pellets are so so small I can barely see them. Getting them under the tongue is no easy feat. An inefficient way to dispense these miniscule pellets. There has to be a better method to make these more easily dispensable and visible to the eye.

Poor handling of order I ordered a medicine. Order went through but after 4 days they tell me, they don’t make this potency. I am disappointed the way they update their website. Customers need to know right away if that potency is not available so they can order somewhere else. 4 days were too much to know the unavailability. Sorry! I am giving 2 stars just for my previous experience that was good. They can definitely improve.

We prefer the remedies prepared as liquids as some family members cannot take tablets either lactose or cane sugar based. I do suggest when shipping to Arizona in the summertime, packages need to be marked to assured UPS doesn't let them get too hot.
