Had an issue - quickly sorted A rather long parcel was not collected on its due date. Despite rebooking twice it remained unmoved. It was an eBay transaction so very conscious about negative feedback. Got onto the chat box facility with P2G and spoke with Richard. He confirmed the problem and offered to rebook. I refused and asked for a refund. No arguing or spouting small print, order cancelled and a refund issued. No quibbles at all and no lengthy explanations required. Very happy with this outcome and will continue to use P2G.

None of the reviews have anything to do with products or service even in this category. Reported to the trustpilot team and they did nothing, guess they don't really care about honest reviews for honest companies.

Send and Deliver or STAND & DELIVER - You Choose! You send - They deliver. Unlike a lot of Couriers P2Go have a very reasonable price structure and sending a parcel doesn't feel like highway robbery. And if things go wrong, they will do as much as possible to help resolve the situation. Especially, if, like me, you get Steph on the case. Great girl. Speedy, helpful, and polite. Thanks P2Go.
