I use Groupon to take advantage of greats savings at 5 star places such as Skin Spa, but I can’t afford to go back multiple times on default prices services. Please consider changing this rule for people looking to save can still take advantage of exceptional beauty services offered. Thanks!

Melody was just fabulous! Melody was just fabulous! She was very professional/friendly and she did a fantastic job doing my full leg laser hair removal. This salon is clean, stylish, and has excellent equipment. Melody did a fantastic job explaining the entire procedure to me as well as what to expect next. My legs look great and there's absolutely no pain. I'll be returning for another laser session next month with Melody.

I arrived to my appointment on time I arrived to my appointment on time. I was not sent a covid questionnaire before my visit. I was told, I had to complete the questionnaire before getting my facial, but I was not told the time I used to complete the questionnaire was being deducted from my appointment. When I was ready for my facial, I was told I only had 20 minutes. The woman that did my facial did not do the power peel. She rubbed some cream on my face missing much areas of my face and wiped it off with tissue. I feel I was robbed. Poor customer service. And so 😡 upset, I did not say anything to anyone and did not leave a tip and just do not want to go back to complete the package deal I purchased.

WORST waxing experience of my life!!! To begin with, my appointment was postponed 15 minutes, and when I arrived there I waited an additional 15 minutes. Used the toilet: no toilet paper and no paper towels. Then, the icing on the cake: worst waxing experience ever! Not only my esthetician did a terrible job, she was also extremely rude to me. She pretty much did not say a word to me for the entire time (and there was no ambiance music, so kind of awkward...), but when she finished I noticed patches of hair left behind pretty much all over my legs (I took pictures, so I can prove it), and when I asked her to remove it, she literally told me "Honey, we already went trough 2 cans of wax, the wax is finished, if you need a touch up book another appointment". Give yourself a favor: avoid this place.

10/10 recommend When I did my first ever facial at Skin Spa, the employees were so nice and Evelynn did an amazing job taking me step-by-step during my facial since it was my first time. The facial was so relaxing and calm, I completely recommend this place. It is also a Medi-Spa which I think is pretty important information. Scheduling my appointments is also such a breeze! You cannot go wrong when you go the Skin Spa.
