Simply The Best All the reps I worked with @ Nice RX were so helpful in obtaining the medication for me! They kept in communication with my doctor to make sure the application was completed and continued to loop me in on the process. Sabby, Jay, Julian.......all kept me informed and either emailed or called to update me. I'm thrilled to have found NiceRX as a truly affordable option for my medication!

weird cancellation policy It's great to have the opportunity to get expensive meds at this price. But to cancel your subscription, even less than 24 hrs after signing up, you have to print a form. They give you weird reasons but honestly I think it's just bc they know it's harder for people to do and they want money. You can cancel everything over the phone, even insurance. Also, they won't transfer you to a manger because they are "unavailable".

Life saving program The staff at NiceRx was very helpful and informative when I called. I received return calls and texts within 24 hours. Updates were timely. This grant support is so very helpful to me by providing the medication I need directly from the manufacturer. My copays were $300-500/month. I have nothing negative to say about the organization and process.
