I demanded a refund on December 28 and the money was returned on December 30. Outraged by the support because of the stereotyped answers and apologies, it would be better not to apologize, but to do something, the friend never received his present for Christmas, but the money was returned quickly enough and without any questions, so 3 stars instead of 1.
