I bought a company ready-made in Bulgaria in October 2020, every time the consultant Dmitriy always asked me to courier a new document (it was better to ask immediately the full list). Anyway, when all the documents were on order, for a few months other excuses ... the seller is abroad and bla bla bla, till when in June 2021 they said: sorry but the seller is disappeared, we cannot contact him. I asked for a refund of my 2500€ paid and till now, after 3 months, they never refund. This time with the excuse the Finance has problems, we lost the IBAN, the person in charge of the refund is busy ... they just want to collect money and that's it! It's apparently a good company, in the end, they want just to get their money and that's it!
