I've used this company twice with no… I've used this company twice with no problems and now I'm having a giant issue. My order number 3916 was placed October 16th and paid for with Bitcoin... Today is November 10th I still have no tracking numbers I've literally had multiple emails back and forth saying that my stuff has been sent I have received nothing and all I keep hearing is I will call you soon I will get back to you soon which is a shame because I really like their product and now I have to look somewhere else. I haven't been offered a refund I have no information whatsoever about where my order is except for an email repeatedly saying we will get back to you.
