BUYER BEWARE BEWARE. If it Seems Too Good to be True, it Probably IS. In light of one of my meds costing upwards of $300/month, my husband had looked up Canadian pharmacy resources. 1st, to process an order, they want your banks routing number with a scanned image of your check. Next, you have to wait several weeks for your RX to arrive. We were told my Rx was shipping directly from Mauritius, but it actually shipped from INDIA. The pills looked “dusty” upon opening a few of the pouches, so I was hesitant to try. Ultimately, I chose to go ahead and start taking it daily. The pills have got to be placebos, as I’ve had NO relief from them. Normally, after 1-2 doses of my Rx I would’ve had relief, but NOT with this garbage from India. BUYER BEWARE

Very Good Experience With Them Used them for first time in July 2018. Their source for my med was a lab in New Zealand. I contacted the New Zealand company to verify everything and read the reviews on pharmacy verification sites before placing my order. I received the meds at a very good price and on time as they projected. They required an electronic copy of my prescription and that I mail them the original along with a consent form. Though this is more trouble than just walking into a local pharmacy, the effort got me the med I needed that I couldn't otherwise afford.

PlanetDrugsDirect not what they used to be I have been using PlanetDrugsDirect for a number of years and never had a problem… my meds have been fine, the shipping was prompt, and the price was great. Since the pandemic the price has been increasing, but the service is failing. It takes weeks for my med to ship even though they have everything set up. It’s so annoying that I looked into getting the med locally, but it’s still very expensive and not covered by my insurance. I am looking at other Canadian companies at this point and will switch if things don’t improve.

You pay for cheap At first I was thrilled to get my one time prescription at a fraction of what it cost in the U.S. Then they kept calling my phone with sales messages. Worst of all they had a data breach and all my personal information was exposed.

Shipping never arrived I ordered from Spain. They gave not any alternative, or refund, or discount. They blamed on DHL, looks like package disappeared in Germany, but planetdrugsdirect.com did nothing about it. Really a bad experience, 200 euros gone.
