Good website but beware of shipping The website is well laid out and user friendly. However, I was supposed to get free delivery since my purchase was over £40 and I still got charged for delivery even after selecting the free shipping option both on my cart and after entering my card details. Surely selecting this option should be easier!

I particularly liked the tinted… I particularly liked the tinted products, as a rosacea sufferer it has been really good, it hasn't flared up my skin like other sun screens have in the past and gives me the protection I need. I recommended it to my Mum who has purchased two full size bottles. and I have purchased a full size bottle too.

Peels off Unfortunately the factor 50 tinted face sun cream peels off regardless of how I wash or moisturise my face. I bought some tubes for my Mum as well and she has experienced the same. I'm disappointed as I like the company and delivery and service were good, and somewhat surprised as this brand was recommended by a melanoma charity. Will likely try another brand next time I'm in need of sun cream.

Highly recommended Best sun cream ever. My daughter used to get a skin reaction with over the counter creams so a dermatologist suggested Sunsense. Since then everyone in our family uses it. The only thing I don’t like and should be improved is the container/pump of the 50+ family size. It’s very difficult to close and a lot of cream is wasted in the attempt of closing the bottle.

Fab product I was recommended this sun cream by my consultant after having Malignant Melanoma. The cream is fantastic and I feel really protected with it. The only downside is the cost it is so expensive when you have to wear it daily. I believe it should be cheaper in cost so more people would purchase it instead if the cheaper more commercial sun creams.
