GBThank you WOW payments for the savings and service! As a busy restaurant owner taking the time to get to things like merchant services isn’t easy. I was referred to WOW payments. Eric kept in touch with me during the entire process. He was able to save us a considerable amount of money over our current processor (my bank, who I thought I could trust) and he even provided new (and free!) terminals. Eric is very knowledgable and patient and we really appreciated all of his help during the set up period.

GBI was tired paying thousands of dollars… I was tired paying thousands of dollars every year in transaction fees and processing fees. Once I found out about wow payments and how I could be saving all that money by paying $0 in fees I just had to sign up. Sounds to go to be true but I've been using wow payments for a month now and only regrets I have are that I didn't sign up sooner.

GBExcellent service! I've never left any feedback before but WOW payments are worth to be rated. I am not very good with changes and it was a huge step for me to switch the payment processing company for my business. I had a long discussion with a sales representative (Daniel if I am not mistaken) who explained me all the details of this service, was very patient and replied to all my questions (trust me I had a lot). Currently, I am absolutely satisfied with what I got, especially free processing and all the different forms of payment.

GBworst service We wanted to try the service and were offered two months of a free trial. After just using it for less than two weeks, we have decided that this service does not fit our needs, so we canceled it by calling the agent and also emailing the cancelation review. Although the agent (Ksenia Prokudina) ignored our request and di nothing for that. So, as a result, we have been charged for not using their service. Ksenia also said that she will pick up the device herself or send someone - nobody showed up. When we called customer service they said that have never received the cancelation request and we were supposed to send the device ourselves. After receiving the mail label we have sent the device, but a month later we have been charged again. Worst customer service, would not recommend. If you sign up with them it will be a nightmare for your business
