GBWe were long term customers on 800… We were long term customers on 800 contacts, when we went on vacation, my son forgot his contacts and 800 contacts would not overnight them to us! We called on a Sunday and the earliest would be a Wednesday!! We called next day contacts on a Sunday and the rep worked w us right away and we got them the next day! I canceled my subscriptions w 800 and will never go back! Next day contacts got them so fast and without any of the hassle 800 was giving us! 5 stars for sure!

GBAn eye opening experience ..wink An eye opening experience ..wink, wink This is the best experience I've ever had with a mail order company. I will NEVER order through my eye doctor's office again! I learned that the cost through my ophthalmologist was $55.00 more for the exact same contact AND they were going to take a week to arrive. I placed my order at 1:30 on Wednesday afternoon and my contacts were delivered at 11:00 am the next morning.. WOW!

GBFastest delivery ever! 10/10 Wow what a relief! I ordered contacts for the first time ever last Friday from contacts cart and they hadn’t shipped yet as of yesterday (Monday) and I need them by Friday this week. I was in a panic and found next day contacts. I bought them yesterday afternoon at 2:20pm and received them today before noon!! I was so worried I wasn’t going to get contacts in time for my trip and was panicking until I found next day contacts! 10/10 recommend and will order from only! What a wonderful experience! GBSteer clear of this company! Ordered contacts that were promised next day. Received an email that evening saying my contacts were packaged and waiting to be picked up. After not receiving, I contacted customer support who then told me ‘they had emailed me they were on back order’ - I received no such email, and in fact, once I pressed them on how that was possible, I stopped receiving emails from customer support. Absolutely atrocious behavior from this company. Steer clear!
