I spent over $230 and they require a signature for orders over $150 as they are high value? Yea high value so they dont ship it out or interact with customers.

I previously ordered products from this… I previously ordered products from this company. No issues. Yet, I recently ordered two products from this company, and only received one product. Now, it's understandable that companies are busy, but the motto this company seems to follow: "We'll get back to ya when we feel like it."And no PHONE numbers for customer service? What is this! It has been over 2-3 weeks, and I haven't received a response from these folks. It's okay. I filed a dispute with American Express; and I have evidentiary emails to substantiate my claims. Never again, will I deal with these folks.
