They helped me every step of the way, spent so much time answering countless questions. They were very kind, very informative, very patient. We don't even live in the same country but when I saw the attention to detail, the many size options rather than just S, M, L, not to mention custom patterns based on your kitties exact measurements, I knew this was the right person to give my business too. The endless options on the website are amazing since Sphynx come in so many sizes and I love the choices in sleeve length, collars, hats, etc. Ande was so great to work with. She recommended sizing after I placed my order that helped me choose a better fit. She also followed up with tracking on my order while it was pending delivery.
