GBDisappointed So Disappointed, my order got delay for more then a month, they went out of stock and no one called me or emailed me to let me know. I found out because I called 5 days before Christmas, I called because I did not receive my order within 7-10 business days as they said after I placed my order. If it wouldn’t be for the good quality and comfort of the shoe I will not order from them again but my husbands loves this shoes.

GBKyBoot is a unique shoe company and a Blessing ! KyBoot is a unique company, producing the MOST comfortable wearing shoes for my feet. I bought the LuZerne Mary Jane and love its "walking on a pillow" feeling for the Neuropathy in my feet. I am not diabetic, but having had surgery on both feet had led to unexpected foot problems. One if my desires was to find shoes I can wear without pain. Your company is a BLESSING and I look foward to trying the Bern and other specially designed shoes. THANK YOU ! Mgb.

GBKicked metatarsalgia pain to the curb! The shoes fit like a dream and arrived sooner than expected. They are beautiful and I already feel relief in my knee. We have ordered many pair, and say without hesitation that they restored my husband’s quality of life. Just two years ago his metatarsalgia was so intense he couldn’t walk from the car to a restaurant and now using the shoes has been able to resume his daily walks and just last week enjoyed an entire day at Disney World. GBIf I could give this company a minus… If I could give this company a minus number I would. I purchased their Baekdu boot and wore it ONE time! After my hike of 3 miles BOTH of the outside soles had cracked at the instep area. I immediately sent them back asking for a refund. They are refusing to refund me in full and are only offering 1/2 refund for the boots or replacement. I don’t want a replacement, I want my money back. This is horrible and not acceptable. Any suggestions? I emailed this company several months ago regarding this matter and still haven’t heard back from them!!!!! I’m trying to let them correct their wrong.

GBZERO customer service ZERO Be very careful on the pricy mistake you are about to make. The shoes are very expensive, but as long as you can find the right one that works for you it may be worth it, however you have to pay the shipping to get the shoes and you WILL pay 3 TIMES more of your original shipping cost when you want to return it due to wrong size or excessive heat that shoes cause while you're walking. They are NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE oriented for those who live in the US and are accustomed to customer service, WRONG COMPANY!
