Review The order is always correct and got to me faster than other sites can do

ordered a rollator for my grandma over… ordered a rollator for my grandma over a month ago said it would be here first week of July , well its now saying last week of July , my grandma is to the point where she cant walk but 5 feet and has to sit ... a little bit ridiculous . will be contacting a manager or supervisor if i don't see something by July 31st 2018

Expensive and Clunky But it Works Items are very expensive and you have to contact them to get exact prices for some items. Many of the items are very niche, so the cost is somewhat understandable. Having to contact them for prices is archaic, but they did at least respond reasonably promptly. My item reached me in a reasonable amount of time and works as expected.

Online ordering was straight forward… Online ordering was straight forward and easy. The fulfillment process was not. Had to call to finalize my order which was just listening to all the info I’d put in online read back to me and listening to a bunch of mumbled whispers as they navigated their system. Then it was almost a week later the order was finally processed and a shipping label was created but everyday I got a status update email that just said it was processing which was kind of annoying because I got 10 emails and only 2 of them had actual helpful information which was a confirmation of the order and a confirmation of the shipment. Took about a week to be delivered. So 2 weeks, 10 emails, and a phone call later I got the item I ordered. Shipping box was in good shape, packing materials were what was needed to get it here safely, item arrived in perfect condition and was exactly as expected. Overall I’m very happy with the product but next time I need to order medical equipment I will look elsewhere first.

$800 shower chair quality issues - return/refund refused Ordered a new shower chair from Medicale Shop after tons of research and measuring my existing one. It arrived and I had numerous issues with product quality and product expectations based on sales materials. Plastic assembly and component flimsiness compromises sturdy, long term durability Expensive add-on back pad is cheaply made, flimsy and does not stay clipped on the chair. This will break. Expensive add-on padded seat is cheaply made, flimsy, and extremely hard. I can see it tearing within a few months' use. Height adjustment feature is nearly impossible to use due to crappy plastic components. An able-bodied adult could barely remove the pegs. Arm rests are insubstantial and pose risk of falling resulting in injury or worse Despite measurement similarity to my old chair, this one is too narrow to accommodate a hoyer lift, the sitting area is tiny, and the 5’11” 165 lb user feels cramped. Waterfall edge design poses additional risk of falling. Seller and manufacturer won’t allow a return. This technically aligns with stated return “sanitary” or “health risk” policy medical retailers and manufacturers hide behind. No one can complain about poorly made products when the companies have this excuse. Seller so far won't take unique problems with this product seriously enough to consider refund accommodations. This is unacceptable. Also: -The chair was not used whatsoever -The product fails to meet basic quality standards despite an $800 price tag. -Accessories are cheap and fragile. -Adjustable feature (a big upcharge) barely functions. -This was paid for 100% out-of-pocket by a person with a severe disability. -We now have a wholly unusable shower chair, one that poses risks to the user's safety. I have no choice but to post reviews and hope the seller does the right thing and lets us return this sub-par, extremely expensive item.
