GBTerrible got order 2 months after I paid, then they tried to steal my credit care information. Use naps gear instead. They are a great website that doesn't rip you off and take 2 months to deliver something.

GBI’ve placed an order late December and… I’ve placed an order late December and still have not received my order. I’ve emailed support several times and still have no tracking number and the few replies I’ve received are vague and will not answer my direct questions when my order will be shipped. Horrible experience!

GBVery good customer service and fast… Very good customer service and fast discreet shipping. Products are the real deal and compare very well to locally made competitors. The only reason i gave 4 and not 5 stars is because i ordered winny in pill form and got 2 bottles of liquid instead one time.

GBI have had pretty good experiences in… I have had pretty good experiences in the past but my recent order still hasn't shipped. Per the website "Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via EMS with tracking and drop-off with signature" I paid on 5/26 and it's now 6/4 so 9 days so far. I'll probably change my review when it arrives but not happy so far.

GBDon't use them. I'd suggest you don't use them. They told me to jet flush my system before they'd repair my boiler. My new engineer has told me that's not the problem. The admin staff are politely ineffective. I called 11 times over 7 days and the only time they took action was when I said I was recording the call. They then phoned back and said I needed to have my system flushed at my own cost, and only then would they would "look into " the problem with a switch. A local company has confirmed that this advice is false diagnosis of the issue. Their aim is to avoid paying out. The engineer was pleasant but follows company policy. They cannot be trusted.
