DENon existent customer service Non existent customer service. They just ignore you. I have made multiple orders and usually things work. But the one time sth might go wrong they just ignore you. I miss a package, wrote them 3 times, all ignored. I will open a dispute in PayPal now to get my money, that's the only way with them. And then I'll delete my account and never order. Plus it always bothered me how much useless marketing material they send, despite explicitly asking to stop doing this because it's useless and I throw it in the trash feeling bad for the waste.

DEI hardly ever write reviews I hardly ever write reviews, but feel compelled here because my customer experience was just fine yet the average rating is so low here. Ordered a product on Saturday, got it on Friday. Extra points for the absolutely great price. Four instead of five stars because of the many advertising samples and advertising flyers in the delivery package..

DEEfficient and friendly to non-Germans I don't speak German and the website is very friendly. It took 3 days for the medicament to arrive and it was very well packaged.

DEGot "Mahnung" for the Online Payment 6 Month later Got Mahnung for the Online Payment. Why should I care that they have mistakes in their system? I paid with Paypal and that should work as expected as on other platforms.
