Worse than covid in my opinion What a horrible experience First of all company doesn’t take any responsibility unlike everlane and other American brands who actually care about customers and refund the full amount paid in Aud and doesn’t push it to Australian banks To take the hit for exchange rates decreasing when considering refunds. Then they continue to blast you with heaps of Intrusive spam emails full of 10% discount codes and every time you click unsubscribe the page won’t load.
