failed all around failed all around I paid for the telehealth consultation to create the prescription, and UPRx never followed through and canceled the transaction.

The customer service was horrible The customer service was horrible. They have things on their site that they don’t even prescribe or sell anymore. And then try to make me feel stupid when I called to ask them what was going on and why they couldn’t help me!!!
