No delivery, No answer! I'm wondering how can some people here get good service and are happy with medcare2go but I haven't gotten my medicine delivered to me yet after almost one month!? I have send several emails to the customer's service but they didn't answer me! Their phone number is busy all the time! I have paid for my order, but steel no delivery or answer from them! Very disappointed!

Nothing received. i made a purchase and it appears my package was never shipped. i sent several emails over the span of 2 days which i never received a reply to. i called the customer care number twice both times the operator asking me to leave my details and assuring me someone would get back to. this never happened. nor was i offered a refund. very unprofessional. as things stand i have have had money taken from my account and can not get in touch with anyone regarding why my package has not been sent or a refund. so ive pretty much been conned out of my money. there are many other pharmacist companies that are very reliable, this is not one of them. if you value your money then do not purchase from this website.
