He was efficient while making sure I understood the steps, and he adjusted to my speed which helped us finish fast. He always responds quickly to our emails as well. 10/10, he represents well the efficient tool of Cloudbeds.

Less than impressed After the initial sales correspondence everything fell apart. The person assigned to facilitate the set up was unresponsive in getting to a mutually agreed upon timeframe. The company was informed of this, but no help. We opted to not go forward and Cloudbeds still is trying to charge us. Even though this was well laid out with our sales person, we've just been shunted over to a billing department that wasn't brought up to speed. Color us significantly less than impressed.
