I Pd 200 dollars for my products and… I Pd 200 dollars for my products and it’s been 6 months and I still have not received anything. I tried calling and they say they lost all information, but I was charged 220 dollars on my credit card. This is terrible business.

poor customer service. I am in no way happy with this company and will not be ordering from them in the future. They are quick to charge you for the product but EXTREMELY slow to deliver. It has been 3 weeks since I have placed my order and STILL have not received it. No one answers the phone or returns calls. Save yourself the stress and go elsewhere

Great Company! Glad a friend referred me! Everything was wonderful, except that when my order arrived I opened the envelope to broken glass and shards. The bottle had been broken during shipping. I will however be ordering and using this Company again as I live their products.

The products and customer service are great! I love great products. I'm very picky about the ingredients in my products so knowing that there was such a resource I could buy quality ingredients at such great prices is phenomenal. When I placed my order, I didn't get everything all at once. There was two separate shipments because some items were on back order. Upon contacting customer service, they were very prompt at getting back with me and letting me know the delivery was in transition. I love to support companies that carry great products and I will continue ordering from this company.

VERY DISSAPOINTED !!!! First of all It has been over 2 weeks since I placed my order and I still have not got it. They say that your order will ship within 48 hours... I sent one e-mail no response did I get , I tried calling no one would answer the phone it would say for me to hold on and someone would be with me shortly then the phone would just cut off.. tried this twice. Then I sent second e-mail they said my order would ship next day and they would send me a tracking number I am still waiting . So you see why I am so disappointed with this company and they have already charged my credit card !
