This company CAN NOT improve it takes… This company CAN NOT improve it takes advantage of ill people and their fears. They are thieves and scumbags. The lowest of the low. DO NOT USE under any circumstances. Bunch of waisters. They should have been drowned at birth as clearly the best part of them ran down the crack of their mother's brown hole and ended up getting licked up by the family dog

Don’t bother with this website Don’t bother with this website. It is a complete rip off. It mentions for five dollars, you can talk to a doctor online. I asked about a lower back issue, and basically I was just told what I already know ,and then I was just told to make an appointment with my actual doctor, I did not mind paying five dollars but they send you something long enough that no one is ever going to read it. It’s like an encyclopedia for their policy's but if you read between the lines, you find out that you have signed up for a whopping $46 per month for absolutely nothing! I can do nothing about this $46 that they are charging me right now along with the five dollars (that I thought I was going to pay ) But I had to send them extensive emails to cancel these ongoing monthly payments of 46.00! . In their defense, however I did get an email back saying that they canceled my future payments. Hopefully, that will be the truth I really feel like I was tricked. .. It was a $50 lesson learned. don’t fall for it.

Disgusting Scammers Spoke with the online chat worker and was told there would be a refundable £5 charge to talk with a doctor. Didn't have any issue with that, a week later I was charged £38. Found out that they automatically subscribe you to a membership after 3 days. Tried to get a refund and they say it clearly states that when you give the card details so its a valid transaction. It didn’t stand out to me, also when your sick, struggling and desperate for help why are you going to go through terms and conditions if you’ve been told prior its a £5 charge. They purposefully don’t tell you the rest so they can get you to pay it. Scammers.

These criminals charged my card without… These criminals charged my card without my knowledge. I was dealing with a personal crisis, so couldn't focus on balancing out every month...just realized I have lost over $900 in over a year. My bank being a bank will only investigate and try to dispute it for the last 4 months. Absolutely hopeless process, where you just keep getting tossed from one robotic agent to another!
