Very easy to create orders, contact help and manage lost cards. My sales rep Jill Aikin is super responsive and helpful. Attempted to use my card and it's… Attempted to use my card and it's expired. I didn't know there was an expiry date as it was covered with a sticker. Just got off the phone with the call center and even after waiting and speaking with the manager he just continued to repeat the terms and policies. This company is unprofessional and do not care about their customers. I would not recommend this for anymore. They stated that after expiry date they take off $3 a month from the balance. As well they stated that the store that sold it should have explained the terms and policies and that they are printed on the labeling.
