HiveOS Support sets the bar! Read this clearly. I almost sued damnit T-mobile & Google together for lack of proper disclosure. For security I had 2FA on my HiveOS account, and broke my old phone. Since I'm not a die hard miner I thought nothing of it. Fast forward to me trying to login after getting a new phone and BOOM 2FA! Google Authenticator codes CAN NOT BE RECOVERED IF YOU LOOSE /BREAK your device. Meaning someone between T-Mobile & Google needed to assist me and both failed. Guess who succeeded, HiveOS support. I'm a grown man and almost shed 1 tear. Absolutely a 5 star experience and prompt issue resolution. I'm also very impressed with their verification process, I felt secure.

I recommend HiveON to EVERYONE! HiveON is where I learned how to mine. My mentor recommended it to me 2 years ago, and when I'm unable to contact my mentor, I have always been able to contact support and get accurate, helpful, patient, and kind people behind my e-mails or live chat conversations. Every single person, Including Marcus are overly filled with joy to help you tackle any issue that arises! They want mining to be simple and easy for everyone and I truly love that!!!

GUI is always Down!!! Good when it works... Shame the Web Application is always down!!! Extremely difficult to sort out flight sheets, Overclocks, Wallets etc, When the GUI is always crapped out.... Would have thought, With how popular HiveOS is, They could afford some decent servers! because even when the GUI is up and running, You often get slow downs when loading things up, With pop up errors.... Another thing that annoys me, Is the (Hssh start (failed, exitcode=1) Everytime i want to open up Hive Shell.... Hasnt worked for days!!! And yes, I did activate it in the settings etc..
