MCARE does not cover weight loss meds…… As a retiree I was shocked to learn that MCARE does not pay for weight loss meds. No coupons or discounts work! Slow & steady progress The customer service is excellent. The weight is a very slow process. Having a graduated dosage has kept me from having any unwanted side affects and my eating habits are changing. Hopefully if the weight is slow to come off than it may stay off.
