I Am A Repeat Customer. Soul Insole is an excellent company. I have bought their products for many years now. Recently there was a mistake with my order and they resent the corrected order right away and included a return envelope for the incorrect product to send back. Their insoles last a long time and that is important to me. They are a life-saver and so comfortable for my feet.

Great for the relief of pain that flat feet can bring. My husband has flat feet and great difficulty finding shoes that are supportive enough to prevent his feet and ankles from hurting. He has orthotics, but they make it difficult to find a pair of shoes that fit well while using the orthotics. He tried the insoles for a week during vacation and found that they did a great job of keeping his feet comfortable. Now, if only he wasn’t too lazy to move them among his shoes, it would be great!

Clear insole is invisible in my sandals I got two pairs, one for my sneakers and another for my wedge sandals. They are very comfortable, lots of support and just the right amount of softness. I was nervous you'd be able to see them in my sandals, but the flap that goes up into your arch is at exactly the position my sandal strap is so they are pretty much invisible to everyone else. I got them because my knees were starting to show signs that my feet were flattening, and now my knee pain is gone too after a month or so.

Problem with import tax solved quickly I had a problem with the import tax - I live in Switzerland and had the product sent here. For some reason the shipping service declared a much higher price than I had paid, so I had to pay way too much for the import. I complained back to Soul Insole and they took care of the problem swiftly, so that the extra amount was refunded to my credit card.
