They listen and respond I have worn orthotics for many years. My orthotics are pretty highly specialized as I have several conditions in my feet that make things a bit more tricky. When the original pair was sent, they weren't quite right. Bilt Labs was quick to adjust them making these the most comfortable orthotics I've had. I have recently ordered two additional pairs.

Good for long distance running Bilt labs keeps record of your foot shape so you can easily reorder. I use my orthotics for long distance running and go through a pair a year, so this is a helpful feature. They are supportive in Hokas and don't take up too much space.

Best Thing I Ever Did For My Feet I had tried everything I could think of to help relieve the pain I was having from plantar fasciitis. After using these custom orthotics my pain was relieved over the first few days and gone completely not long after due to the correct support my feet needed.
