GBWhile the stairlift itself is… While the stairlift itself is satisfactory, the internal communication within the company, particularly between the sales team and warehouse management, was lacking. As a result, the installation process, which should have taken half a day, extended to three half days.

GBVery knowledgeable and efficient. I went on line to make an appointment for someone to come to my house with a quote. Eric came to my house and gave me a brochure and explained the specs and warranty in detail and to my satisfaction. He was very professional and knowledgeable and did not pressure me like the other company that I received a quote from did. He also said he would be the one to install the stairlift. He did a very good job in installing the stairlift. I would recommend American Stairlift because they were very easy to deal with. They had no hidden agendas which I liked very much.
