Easy to use and noticeable results I've been using PurePosture at home for a week and already my back feels better and my posture has improved. Recommended!

Okay but misleading and possibly contraindicated for some scoliosis types This board is somewhat helpful, but the advertisements are very deceiving. My back did feel a little better after using it at their booth during a convention. However, the sellers don’t tell people that it’s a good stretch and might make your back feel better for an hour, but that’s about it. This could be a preparatory activity before a strengthening session to work on the postural muscles, but without that your posture will still suffer and you will be temporarily masking the pain. It also is not safe for all types of scoliosis. The seller assured me it would be safe, but the boards directly pressed against the spine and left pain for days following. I will give it to them, they are very good at marketing and will give you the whole spiel about their accomplishments. However, their product page is full of only 5 star reviews, which is unusual and makes it appear to be filtered and not honest. There are only 4 reviews on Amazon. Physical and occupational therapists can tell you that the board isn’t as magical as it seems. The seller commented, “it’s like going to the chiropractor as many times a day as you want!” And that’s the point right there - if you were actually strengthening and healing, you wouldn’t feel like you needed to go all the time.

I only wish it helped! I received my order in the time specified, so there is NO PROBLEM with the service! I only wish the board helped like it is supposed to! I plan to keep using it in hopes that I will yet see results. At least 3 chiropractors and a massage therapist have given up on me, so I can't be too hard on an inanimate object!
