The product is plastic and appears like… The product is plastic and appears like it would not last. I returned it for a refund. Ten days after they acknowledged the return and no refund and no customer service response. I would not recommend this company.

Stay away Stay away! Zero customer service. They are Chinese company pretending to do business in the USA. They have not gotten me my knee brace - I am 10 days from my delivery date and 4 days away from the medical procedure I needed this brace for. Tracking # doesn't even show up in USPS - They are scam.
