GBProduct bad, customer service awful I purchased a knee brace that bent after a few days of use. I sent a picture of the damaged brace. They replied that I have 2 options. But ever since then I have sent 9 emails and have called them daily for a month, sometimes 4 or 5 times a day and it just keeps ringing. I asked for a return authorization but nothing. I requested a refund but nothing. Horrible horrible experience.

GBThe product is plastic and appears like… The product is plastic and appears like it would not last. I returned it for a refund. Ten days after they acknowledged the return and no refund and no customer service response. I would not recommend this company.

GBA glitch in sending the left knee brace… A glitch in sending the left knee brace ( 9 day delivery delay after the right knee brace had arrived ) is the main reason for the 2 star. Also factoring that I needed more information about the hinge adjustment to get the effectiveness increased. Found much needed unloader knee brace information thru articles on PubMedCentral. Price, comfort and quality of the brace are quite good.

GBContacted customer service requesting a… Contacted customer service requesting a RA authorization return which I received sent back brace unopened box, unopened bag with knee brace, tracking number, shows that they received the brace and contacted them several times by phone and emails but no reply we just want refund as originally requested and offered. Be aware Orthamon doesn't honor their return policy - use Amazon instead.
