A True Heartfelt Experience This was most definitely an AMAZING first time experience. After a very extremely emotional day, this class not only help with resetting my mind but also my heart. Never would’ve imagined it be as impactful as it was but I figured I had nothing to lose from the experience. Childbirth Class I took a course with Mrs. Matthews as a birthday gift to myself. This was one of the best classes that I've taken! She is an excellent instructor! Always There For You I didn't like pregnancy too much, but Kaila made the experience so much better. Whenever I had a question or concern she was just a phone call or text away and never made me feel like I was bothering her. She was there every step of the way and provided me with information and emotional support. Even when I broke down and ugly cried. She has tons of knowledge and resources to help you. Take her yoga class! It's awesome and intimate. It was great for bonding with my baby and my husband. I wanted to give birth naturally, but when I had to have an emergency c-section a month before my due date, she was there to make my experience less traumatic. Here care doesn't stop at delivery. She's also really good at checking up and providing postpartum support. I can't say enough good things about her. Not only did I have a doula, but I gained a friend. If I get pregnant again, there's no one else I would trust. So get yourself a doula, mane!

She's always very responsive even if you have questions in the middle of the night. She also provided all the resources you could ever need if you need something that is out of her scope of practice.
