Good and positive experience All I can say I had an amazing and positive experience. Dr. Kotlyar helped us get pregnant . He explained everything very clearly and he was just amazing. Everyone at the clinic were helpful and caring. If you want someone with knowledge use them!

I had a great experience at Genesis I had a great experience at Genesis. The entire team was caring, professional and knowledgeable. Every time I had a question, they answered it right away even after I was transferred to my ObGyn. I am so grateful that I was in the care of Dr Grazi and Dr Foyouzi, I highly recommend them. They assesed my case carefully and adjusted the treatment when needed for a successful outcome. I am expecting a baby boy (38 weeks) :)

Genesis is the hopeful beginning Fertility is a sensitive area of any woman’s life. This place will take care of you, answer your thousand questions as long as it’s done fast, and they gave me hope. I used them twice, 2013 and 2017.... both successful full term pregnancies.

Awkward and Aloof (Bay Parkway, Brooklyn) The experience is already not a dignifying one for a man on top of being a stressful personal matter to boot. The young women at the front desk came across as inconvenienced and flat-out rude. Customer service is nil, and considering the very personal, sensitive, and intimate circumstances for families, respect shouldn't be an afterthought. At one point, my wife couldn't stop sneezing and asking and thanking one of the young ladies for tissues seemed to be an inconvenience, as there was no acknowledgement. Without even making eye contact, a tissue box was held in front of me and quickly placed back on her side of the plexiglass. Then there was the very strange arrangement and experience I had when my name was called. These details will remain private and I will gladly share them with the clinic if anyone were to reach out.

Genesis is the best! Dr. Ross, the best doctor, she gave us the opportunity to become parents, I am eternally grateful to her!!! Genesis is a great clinic, I was always greeted with love and always cared about me, I was always able to ask a lot of questions that interested me and always received answers.
