The product was unique, I anlt believe how it works. Just add hot water and watch the cup change. Amazing The product was unique, so I purchased 2 of them for Christmas gifts. Right after ordering the items I received updates almost daily on the logistics of my purchase. Th day it left the manufacturers warehouse, the day it got to port, the overseas travel etc ,..right to my home. The product arrived all intact and I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend this seller.

Missing shipment replaced!! I ordered some personalized ornaments back in early October. My credit card was charged 10/16/2023 and the shipment was sent. It somehow was lost, showing it arrived in the USA with duties unpaid. I worked with two reps (Mollie and Lucie) to get a new order reprinted. I am pleased to say that all 4 arrived today and they are beautiful!! Thank you Pawsionate!!!

Pretty good, but . . . First, the mug's theme epitomized my wife's relationship with her cat, especially at no-dark-hundred. The cup is exactly as ordered and the service great. The only nit I might have is that the express delivery price appears to include a sizeable profit margin, and then being asked for more money to guarantee safe delivery almost caused me to hit the delete button. However, as I said, the cup arrived and I'll learn how it was received on Valentine's Day
