Chad was extremely helpful in guiding our family through the difficult process of seeking the right home, at the right price, at the workable terms our family could afford. He helped with acquiring the best room and the appropriate level of care after we found the home that dad would be comfortable in. Finally, Chad stopped by unexpectedly to visit my dad at about the 2 week point of his new home, to see how he was coping, if there were any issues, and to ensure dad was satisfied. Top Marks!!
