A great experience from start to finish From the start Oakley SI was pretty great. As a first responder it is very nice to be recognized with such a great discount on quality items. My new glasses did come with a small defect, but the customer service rep was very sweet, helpful, and knowledgeable. A replacement was issued and the whole experience was painless.
