Odila Roman, the eyewear stylist who helped me, was incredibly capable and personable. She seemed to go out of her way to make sure my needs were met--and quickly, too. She's raised the bar for service, and I'm very grateful.

During my appointment with Dr. Wong, I was thoroughly impressed by her dedication and attention to detail. She took the time to explain each step of the process, ensuring I felt informed and comfortable throughout. Her professionalism and commitment to patient care were evident. I must also commend Konstantin for his exceptional assistance and dedication in selecting frames. Despite my unique preferences and smaller face shape, he exhibited extraordinary patience and expertise in finding not just one, but two perfect adult frames for me. His keen eye for design and understanding of individual needs truly stood out. One of the most striking aspects of this establishment was the seamless synergy among the staff. Their genuine happiness and continuous smiles created a welcoming atmosphere that is rare to encounter elsewhere. Additionally, the advanced technology, such as the lens fitting machine, demonstrated their commitment to providing top-notch service. Amazing store! Amazing store!! I haven’t had such a thorough eye exam ever. Dr Phen was super patient and and answered all my questions. After exam I was helped by Ellen who was very professional and knowledgeable. She helped me find a perfect frame, explained the differences between various lens options and happened to have my lenses in the store. The guy downstairs was able to make my glasses within an hour. So happy I found them! Highly recommend.

Superb experience with Ellen and Creig… I walked in to buy new reading glasses and didn’t see any that were quite right for me, so Ellen and Creig started playing with shapes and colors and made me custom glasses that I absolutely love. Thank you for the superb experience and wonderful glasses!

A Stellar Experience I recently purchased several new pairs of glasses at Eurooptica and had a stellar experience. I'd put off getting new glasses for far too long because I hated the process--I always found it intimidating and wound up with glasses I ultimately didn't like. At Eurooptica, however, I worked with a fantastic "eyewear stylist" named Odila. Odila has a great aesthetic and was patient and direct with her indecisive, skittish customer (me!). She was also able to strike a good balance between offering her opinions without imposing them on me. And she made things fun! I've ended up loving my new glasses so much that I returned to Euroopitica to purchase a pair of sunglasses. Yeah! I highly recommend both Odila and Eurooptica!
