Then, I was essentially called a liar by the rep on the phone when I inquired if anything could be done about the chipped paint on the frame.

GBI rolled the dice and came up aces After searching for deals online, I called the shop direct and spoke to the owner who was very helpful in determining if the frames I have could get new lenses. Good news, they could. After mailing them via USPS the now upgraded glasses were delivered in an approximate 2.5 week turnaround. I am pleased with the work and love having replacement lenses in my old Arnette frames.
