I wasn’t sure about ordering lenses online, especially for frames from European luxury design houses but Jennifer quickly and thoroughly answered all of my technical questions so I sent in my first pair. When I got them back, I was so happy that I sent in two more pairs…and saved hundreds of dollars! Happy customer I ordered glasses from a couple of different low cost online eyeglass companies. The quality of the lenses were poor. Everything looked warped and made me a bit dizzy. I decided to shell out a lot more money and went with Replacement Lens Express and I'm happy I did. I ordered 2 pairs of prescription glasses and the HD lenses are incredibly sharp and clear. Customer service through email was quick, informative, and prompt. I only wish they had a customer service phone number for me to call.
