Excellent Service and Pricing Excellent Service and Pricing I'm very pleased with the quick turn-around of my glasses with updated progressive bifocal lenses. I made the mistake of taking my daily pair of titanium frames to a local LensCrafters. Four and a half weeks later I still do not have my daily glasses back from them. Lens Factory processed my order very quickly and got them back to inside of two weeks at a third of the cost!

Lens factory has been nothing but… Lens factory has been nothing but accommodating. The first order wasn’t exactly what I asked for, but this one is correct and their customer service is excellent.

Thoroughly impressed! I took a chance and was able to keep my rimless frame and update the prescription lenses, saving me hundreds of dollars! The lenses are lightweight, the optics with anti glare coating is fantastic, and they honored my request to keep the edges unpolished. I am thoroughly impressed with the turn around time, the quality, and the cost! I will be a repeat customer.

Very disappointed with the glass first… Very disappointed with the glass first off it is way too heavy compared to my other glasses that I got from LensCrafters. Also, the process took way too long for the minuscule amount I saved.
