The company reached out to me to let me know and refund me the other shipping charge without me even having to ask. I received my contacts super quickly and then they checked in to make sure everything was received correctly. I’ve been buying from them for some time now and will continue to!

Not received but is being investigate Haven’t received my order has been stuck at the sorting hub since 24th March. Courier not responding to my eta request Fuming!! Update: colouryoureyes have been in touch, had a nice chat with a care officer today. They have advised a re-post of items. I am pleased to say I am no longer fuming albeit, pleasantly surprised that CYE reached out! Well done, I look forward to receipt! I’ll update further once items have been received.

Great Company 5 stars Wow what a great Company this is, they sorted out my problem with re assuring txts, and a phone call plus the next day my delivery arrived safe and sound after my courier lost my parcel. I have brown eyes I have brown eyes, i brought blue and a green shade. Theses do not wprk well with dark eyes the actual coloured area (iris) on the lenses are massive so you can see ALOT of you natural colour next to the pupil, look very fake and not natural. Haven't opened the green I can see they are the same. So unless your pupil are massively dilated all the time don't buy if you want them to look natural normal
