No realtime tracking, no estimated delivery date. Terrible marketing, even if the product turns out to be as advertised, they create customer annoyance by using these people, probably because they're cheap. Why not give customers a choice of using FedEx or UPS. Many people would pay the price, especially as in my case I ordered prescription glasses.
