GBFriendly, accommodating and customer satisfying I really loved the Revive reading glasses. I had my first pair for 2 years. Then they got sat on and broke. I ordered a new pair and apparently checked the wrong box and got just the frames. It is extremely comforting knowing that the customer service is always prompt and ready to resolve any issue. It was my mistake in the ordering. They are sending me the reading glasses that meant to order and there is no extra charge. Very friendly, very accomodating, very customer satisfying. It feels more like dealing with friends than with some obscure nobody! 5 stars in every department, especially the help staff.

GBSaved my quarantine migraines! I love these glasses! Bought my first pair at the beginning of quarantine when I was gonna be on Zoom all day long, and they totally reduced my headaches/migraines. They got a little scratched up and a bit crooked after wearing them for two years, so I'm getting my second pair now. They were super responsive when I emailed with questions about an exchange I wanted, and ended up gifting me an extra pair for my trouble. Would definitely recommend.

GBI received what I purchased it looked… I received what I purchased it looked like the pictures and the prescription for my glasses was well done. However a feature is needed to see what you look like with them on before purchasing.
