They are exactly as pictured and the custom prescription is precisely as ordered. I have received so many compliments and have been asked where I got them. Friendly, accommodating and customer satisfying I really loved the Revive reading glasses. I had my first pair for 2 years. Then they got sat on and broke. I ordered a new pair and apparently checked the wrong box and got just the frames. It is extremely comforting knowing that the customer service is always prompt and ready to resolve any issue. It was my mistake in the ordering. They are sending me the reading glasses that meant to order and there is no extra charge. Very friendly, very accomodating, very customer satisfying. It feels more like dealing with friends than with some obscure nobody! 5 stars in every department, especially the help staff.
