Order frames disaster Order frames , they said that they were delivered, I waited a few days to see if a neighbor got them in error NOPE still nothing, USPS carrriers will sometimes mark packages delivered before hand not sure why but I'm out the $202.50 they have intentionally made it so that the insurance would be delayed by having me submit when they are the ones who are REQUIRED to submit.. coolframes give me my money back so I can actually get my glasses from a reputable place

Customer service was awful and not… Customer service was awful and not helpful. There was no one who could tell me what was wrong with my order. Inplied that I should check with my bank. Cool Frames didn’t have trouble having charges go thru 3 times!! Not a problem with bank.
