Wonderful Experience! I recently purchased frames and lenses from simplyeyeglasses.com and had the best experience! They had to special order the frames to get the color I wanted and made the process very easy on my end. They also recommended an alternate lens material that made the lens very thin compared to other lenses I've had over the years. Everyone I talked to was extremely helpful, friendly, prompt with answers and very efficient. I would give them 6 stars if I could and will definitely use them in the future for additional glasses purchases!

I had been looking for discontinued…they found them!!! I had been looking for discontinued frames fo a while. My frames were quite old. I loved the style and color and Cindy from Simply Eyeglasses went above and beyond to not only track them down but assure that they actually got into her hands so she could make sure that my frame and exact color were what I was going to receive. Great service and an excellent result. I typically buy my glasses through an online retailer so I have a fair amount of experience with this process. I have read some negative reviews about this company, but most of them are years old. My recent experience was nothing short of professional and easy. After an online order with a pair of frames that had to be ordered, they kept in touch, ordered the lenses, and responded to emails and phone calls. They never acted like I was anything but a valued customer. The glasses came on time and are as expected. My only issue was not being able to order a name brand progressive lense. However, the digital progressive that they offered seems as good as my last name brand progressive. I would order from them again.
